INVITATION TO BID

Procurement of Food Ingredients, Kitchen Supplies, and Materials for the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Hot Meals

The San Ramon Elementary School, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested and eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the Procurement of Food Ingredients, Kitchen Supplies, and Materials for the implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Hot Meals SY 2026-2027 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 420,650.00).

The procurement covers the supply and delivery of food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and other necessary materials required for the preparation and serving of nutritious hot meals to eligible beneficiaries of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP).

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Interested bidders should have completed a similar contract and must possess the legal, technical, and financial capability to undertake the project.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat of San Ramon Elementary School during office hours and may inspect the Bidding Documents.

Bids must be duly received by the BAC on or before the deadline specified in the bidding documents. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bid opening shall immediately follow the deadline for the submission of bids.

The San Ramon Elementary School reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract in accordance with existing procurement laws, rules, and regulations, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders
