Today marked an inspiring step forward for sustainability at 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹. 💚♻️

Our sincere gratitude goes out to our MAPEH teacher, 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲, and TLE teacher, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐲𝐨, whose guidance made this event possible. We are equally grateful for the leadership shown by the 𝐘𝐄𝐒-𝐎, 𝐂𝐈𝐂, 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 in organizing and supporting the summit throughout the day.

Rather than focusing solely on discussions, our students took active, hands-on initiative by repurposing routine waste into functional items. Together, we crafted keychains from discarded plastic wrappers 🔑♻️ and assembled mini urban-farming planters using recycled materials 🌱🪴.

Thank you to all the students and faculty who participated so enthusiastically. Your willingness to take direct action shows how dedicated our school community is to making a real environmental impact.

Yesterday, the 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 were invited to attend three seminars held by the 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙜𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙖, 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 3𝙎 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙃𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙖. 🩵👀

The seminars were entitled “𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗮𝗻,” “𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿,” 𝗮𝗻𝗱 “𝗦𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻: 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿.” Through these seminars, the 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 along with other participants—learned about the 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙄𝙑 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

The first seminar discussed the importance of the proper contents that our daily meals must contain. The second focused on understanding mental health, including the different types of mental health conditions. Lastly, the HIV Awareness Seminar focused how the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) attacks the immune system, making it harder for the body to fight infections and certain diseases. ✨

The 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 extend their 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 to the organizers and speakers for sharing their knowledge and helping raise awareness about these three important topics. 👫

𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, the month where we appreciate our health and wellbeing by consuming nutrients into our bodies. 🍎🥬

Let’s all be mindful about our health and the food we consume. It is the time where we finally understand why nutrition foods helps us to 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

This is part of our journey. Being nutritious can be beneficial to us. It’s not just foods, but proteins that can make us feel 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲.
