The response was beyond our expectations, with 265 applications received from talented youth across Gilgit-Baltistan. The competition was highly competitive, and the selection process involved application screening and interviews to ensure a fair and merit-based selection.

This program is specifically for those who already have basic digital skills and want to gain real work experience, hands-on projects, and freelancing exposure. At SheDev, you won’t just learn, you will work with real businesses, build your portfolio, and develop the confidence to earn online.
