The Sindh Renewable Energy Stakeholder Dialogue 2026, jointly organized by CSSP and the Sindh Just Energy Transition Alliance (SJETA), brought together stakeholders from government, the power sector, private sector, academia, civil society, and development partners to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping decentralized renewable energy solutions and effective energy governance in Sindh.
Through focused panel discussions, the Dialogue explored pathways for building sustainable, community-level energy solutions like mini-grids, and for strengthening the policy and regulatory environment for Sindh’s evolving landscape.
The Dialogue concluded with four priorities: a dedicated Sindh Renewable Energy Policy, a stronger provincial regulatory framework, clear rules for decentralized and community-led energy, and greater integration of Sindh's renewable potential into national planning — anchored by a shared commitment to clear ownership, timelines, and measurable follow-through.
Together, these priorities form the core of Sindh's Just Energy Transition agenda, providing a practical pathway from dialogue to implementation.
