Activity: Polar Bear Sensory Bin
Today’s adventure: Diving into the Arctic! My 6-year-old and I read about polar bears, then brought the Arctic world to life with a sensory bin. We made ‘snow’ from shaving foam and baking soda, built igloos and icy water with white and blue Legos, and added animals like seals and walruses for a complete Arctic scene. Watching him build and play for an hour reminded me how powerful hands-on learning can be for young minds!
