Alhamdulillah! Today, we are delighted to announce our collaboration with Help in Need, Pakistan.
Through this partnership, we hope to work together on meaningful humanitarian and sustainable development initiatives that benefit communities in both Pakistan and the Maldives.

In Village Badaro, Tharparkar, where many basic facilities remain scarce, the people of the village carried a heartfelt need a place where they could bow their heads in sujood, gather for Salah, and where their children could sit with the Qur’an and learn the words of Allah.
Help In Need, with the support of partner organization, stepped forward to turn this need into reality. Together, we built a beautiful mosque with the capacity to accommodate more than 200 people.
Now, this mosque will be a place where the community gathers for Salah, where children will learn the Qur’an.

May Allah accept this humble effort and reward everyone who helped make it possible.

Help In Need was pleased to welcome Ms. Sarwat Jahan, Director Programmes, Potohar Organization for Development Advocacy (PODA )Pakistan, to the HIN office today.

Ms. Sarwat Jahan met with the CEO Hamid Khan and team for a productive discussion on strengthening coordination and exploring opportunities for mutual cooperation between the two organizations.

The meeting focused particularly on coordination and collaboration for the upcoming Annual Rural Women Leadership Conference, planned for October 2026, as well as opportunities for knowledge sharing, networking, and joint initiatives to promote the meaningful participation and leadership of rural women.

HIN values this partnership and looks forward to continued collaboration with PODA Pakistan to promote rural women’s leadership, participation, and empowerment.

Help In Need held a focused session at its Head Office on “Strategic Plan Implementation Readiness Support” and
“Organizational Structuring, Workforce Planning and Human Resource Readiness Support.”

The session focused on strengthening organizational systems, improving workforce planning, and ensuring greater readiness for the effective implementation of HIN’s strategic priorities.

Through continuous learning and organizational development, HIN remains committed to building a stronger, more effective, and future-ready organization.

Help In Need held its 4th Quarter Review Meeting at the Head Office in Islamabad to assess progress against the 2025–26 annual plan.

Management presented key programme achievements, priorities, and areas for strategic attention. The Board of Directors appreciated the progress and ongoing efforts across Help In Need’s humanitarian and development portfolio.

The meeting also focused on strategic consultation, organisational accountability, and priorities for the year ahead.

Building on the year’s progress, Help In Need remains committed to effective, accountable, and sustainable action for communities in need.

This Independence Day, we honour the journey of our nation and renew our commitment to contributing towards a stronger, more inclusive, and empowered Pakistan.
