We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our call center during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling A–Z HR responsibilities, ensuring smooth HR processes and supporting business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
* Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally
* Maintain and update employee records & HR documentation
* Oversee attendance, punctuality, and performance tracking
* Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
* Handle employee onboarding & exit processes
* Manage payroll coordination and basic compensation structures
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
* Develop and execute engagement and retention strategies
* Coordinate with management to meet hiring targets and workforce planning
* Maintain discipline and ensure a productive work environment

✅ Requirements

* Proven experience as an HR Executive (preferably in a call center/BPO)
* Strong knowledge of HR operations (A–Z)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently in night shift
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR tools
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
