A highly engaging and inspiring session on “Fixed vs. Growth Mindset” was conducted as part of the Students Capacity Building & Scholarship Programme at The Duke School System Multan.

The session focused on helping students understand that their abilities are not limited by their current performance. A fixed mindset says, “I can’t do it,” while a growth mindset says, “I can’t do it yet, but I can learn.” Students were encouraged to embrace challenges, learn from failures, improve through consistent effort, and believe in their capacity to grow.
