Earlier this week, a business was referred to me whose website was little more than an online brochure. Instead of providing a lengthy audit report, I chose to demonstrate what was possible, starting with the homepage, their most critical entry point.

I transformed the site by telling the business's story, designing clear package cards, and pulling in live Google reviews for social proof. I also added FAQs, a contact form, and a promotional banner for offers and calls to action.

The changes paid off. Google Analytics confirmed a significant jump in engagement and conversions, proving the site was finally a working business asset.
