Organization for Integrated Development (OID) NGO
Organization for Integrated Development (OID) is Pakistani, an indigenous, non-profitable, non-governmental, non-religious, and non-political Charity, humanitarian and development (NGO) that intends to work for the poorest of poor in Pakistan, especially in Balochistan, more specific focus on Women. Established in with former name of Hurmmat-E- Niswa Welfare Society Organization (HNWS) March 2013 by a group of Volunteers Professionals and officially registered with Social Welfare Department of Govt. of Baluchistan and with Charities and Registration Authority (BCRA) Since the Organization seems to be working and covering the one important segment of the society later on the Board of Directors (BOD) decided to change the name, category and vast the area of operation in the all segment of society with name of Organization for Integrated Development (OID) as a Platform for the serving of humanity. That supports sustainable development in Balochistan by promoting the ability of local communities to decide upon and manage their development process.

🌟 Strengthening Partnerships for Community Development 🌟
RAZITE (Pvt.) Ltd. had the honor of meeting with Miss Hamida Hazara Sahiba, Founder of the Organization for Integrated Development (OID). We sincerely appreciate her warm welcome, hospitality, and inspiring vision for community development.
The meeting focused on exploring future endeavors, potential areas of collaboration, youth empowerment, social development, and creating sustainable impact within communities. The discussion was highly productive and opened new avenues for partnership and joint initiatives.

This International Women’s Day, the Organization for Integrated Development reaffirms its commitment to empowering young women across Pakistan. Aligned with the 2026 global theme “Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls". OID continues to create opportunities for education, leadership, innovation, and economic participation so that every young woman can achieve her full potential. Together, we are shaping a future where empowered young women lead the way toward progress, equality, and prosperity for Pakistan.

The day highlights that many languages are under threat, with a significant percentage of the population lacking access to education in their native language. It serves as a reminder to respect all languages as foundational to cultural identity and heritage. Celebrated worldwide, it encourages the use of mother languages to foster inclusive societies and preserve intangible cultural heritage. Ultimately, this day highlights that protecting linguistic variety is crucial for global unity and intellectual diversity.

I sincerely appreciate and commend the Organization for Integrated Development (OID) for organizing a meaningful and inspiring event on the eve of National Women’s Day. The event reflected a strong commitment to the promotion of women’s rights, empowerment, and social inclusion. Such initiatives play a vital role in raising awareness about gender equality and highlighting the invaluable contributions of women in all spheres of life.
I would like to extend special appreciation to Ms. Hameeda Hazara, the Chairperson of OID, for her visionary leadership and dedication to advancing the cause of women. Her tireless efforts to create platforms that amplify women’s voices and address the challenges they face are truly commendable. Under her guidance, OID continues to demonstrate a firm commitment to community development and social justice.
I also acknowledge the valuable role of Mr. Muhammad Ali, the CEO of the organization, whose professional management and strategic direction contributed significantly to the success of this event. His support and coordination ensured that the program was well-organized, impactful, and aligned with the broader mission of empowering women at the grassroots level.
