In Silisila Todheedia, zikar or remembrance of Allah is taught through a very simple course through counting each breath that is inhaled and exhaled with the remembrance or recitation through thoughts and one day comes when this is fully absorbed by his soul through heart and mind. He then reaches one day to a point of journey.
