The health aspect and ethics of consumption and many other areas of human activity. For 25 years, my decision to stop eating meat has been confirmed every year.
It is not only associated with an ethical approach to consumption through the right to the natural death of every creature. This decision made me feel more energetic and less sluggish. My general well-being has improved. From the perspective of 25 years, it is difficult to say what would happen if... However, respect for "lesser brothers" (quoted by Saint Francis) which are animals brings me a lot of natural joy in my life from their presence and the conviction that treating them subjectively, and not tool has a deep meaning.
