35 years ago a massively influential album in my life was released, Ten by Pearl Jam. This is the single for Jeremy which released as a picture disk in 1992 which predated the actual release of Ten on vinyl in 1994. This single included a live recording of Alive and one of the most haunting b-side in my opinion,Footsteps, which if you listen to Temple of a Dog’s Times of Trouble, you might hear some similarities.

Jeremy was prophetic for my generation in that we lived through school shooting after school schooling. It represented the loss of innocence and jarred loose the sense that the kids weren’t all right.
