Hello Everyone

Some time ago the number of Observers of my page surpassed 800 and I'm so grateful for that. I love sharing my work with you Chaps, as it really gives me a good kick of energy for everyday struggles. My big thanks to my wśród fanów and all who share my work. GL Kit Workbench will always be there for kit building people as long as I will have strength for the hobby.

Perhaps you remember Chaps that I'm going through brand new therapy and my organism adjusts to new medicine - which was hard at the very beginning. Therefore recently I do not feel on top - the lack of energy halted me from some activities, but I want to inform you that situation improves with every day. I shall restart my builds next week, so stay tuned...I didn't go anywhere😉

🇪🇺 Time to inform on incoming projects for Autumn - just four months till the end of year and lots of projects to finish. I have to fulfill my obligation towards incoming group build with Grochowska Grupa Modelarska and get out of my comfort zone to build a vessel - but still in my favourite scale. The Tamiya "Pibber" is a kit I'm adding to my list. It's quite large kit but not very complicated and I do not expect long and tedious assembly. I will add some aftermarket goodies to spice it up, including some DIY stuff. Other awaiting projects are:

1) Italian street diorama,
2) Hellcat Mk II
3) Battle of Crete vignette
4) ...and one more project, hopefully

🇪🇺 Ending weekend with over 90% of construction done. Boulton Paul Defiant will soon begin a new life...of "shelf queen"😉...well no, I'll paint it this Fall😃 Stay tuned.

🇪🇺 Moving on with turret for Defiant, installation of MASTER barrels was quite a challenge, stay tuned Chaps😉

🇪🇺 I was in dire need of putting something together after three days in hospital - Airfix 1/72 Boulton Paul Defiant cockpit in progress, here I did exchange of parts from kit's plastic to PE from PART. Stay tuned😉

🇪🇺 So Chaps - I want to share some info on latest developements. I just spent some time - three days exactly - in hospital and I'm getting out today. I went through numerous medical examinations that will prepare me for bariatric surgery - the reduction of stomach by gastrectomy. Being fat at some age starts to take its toll, so weight reduction is the only way to feel better - in my case medical treatment is required.

I will have to change my lifestyle...but don't worry - I won't put modelling aside. In fact I will spend more time exercising and preparing healthy meals, which will make my model building also more regular, as I won't spend much time away from healthy schedule.

Now it's time to lose some pounds and move on with a diet. Wish me luck and expect more cool stuff here from GL Kit Workbench😉
