Our scope extends from public spaces and entrance lobbies to wellness and fitness areas. Combined with our long-term experience in premium private interiors and bespoke solutions, this allows us to approach complex, large-scale projects globally and respond to the challenges of different markets, cultures and contexts.

Different functions require different solutions, but the overall character remains consistent. Materials, architectural elements and bespoke details are carried across spaces, creating a seamless connection between them. This continuity is especially valuable — the same approach, functionality and level of detail naturally flow from one space to another, strengthening the identity of the entire project.

HILIGHT is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to work on a larger scale. We supervised the implementation of all multi-residential shared spaces, as well as fully furnished apartments, creating environments for clients who value thoughtful design, consistency and attention to detail throughout every space.

Our philosophy remains unchanged — every space is carefully considered and executed to the highest level of detail. Every element has its purpose, every detail follows a clear logic, and together they create spaces that feel complete, coherent and timeless.

We’re proud to collaborate with globally recognized hospitality brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, where every project calls for a precise balance between brand identity, guest experience and architectural character. Every decision has to support not only how the space looks, but how it feels, functions and becomes part of the brand itself.

At this level of complexity, maintaining a clear and consistent vision across every stage becomes especially important — from the first sketches to the final technical decisions. It requires constant coordination between architects, designers, consultants, contractors and suppliers, precise control over quality and ex*****on, and the ability to translate an established identity into something new rather than simply reproduce what already exists.

For The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, we looked for the point where the brand’s values, the context of the project and our own design language could come together as one.

At the entrance, illuminated onyx, reflective water, textured glass and a suspended bronze installation create a more ceremonial atmosphere, while remaining connected to the same material and conceptual language that runs throughout the interior.

The space itself was designed to be highly flexible — functioning as an elegant restaurant in its everyday setting, while transforming into a large-scale event hall for private celebrations, business events, presentations and live performances. The layout, circulation and zoning were developed around these different scenarios, allowing the character of the space to remain consistent regardless of how it is used.

For us, this is what hospitality design at this scale is ultimately about: creating a space with a strong identity, while giving it the flexibility, precision and operational logic required to perform in many different ways.

A place that belongs unmistakably to the brand, responds to its context, and still carries a distinct architectural point of view.

Our approach to every project is deeply bespoke, with each decision shaped by its individual context and character. From a carefully considered architectural form at the largest scale to the most intimate spaces, such as a bathroom, we bring the same level of attention, precision and aesthetic ambition to every part of the project.

The washbasin was conceived as a single, monumental volume in natural quartzite stone — a precise composition with strong proportions, layered stone textures and integrated lighting transform a purely functional element into a sculptural architectural statement.

The atmosphere is built through contrast — dark, expressive materials balanced by soft, warm light, creating a sense of depth, calm and intimacy. Rather than allowing one element to dominate, we focus on the relationship between materials, proportions, textures and light, so that the entire space feels intentional and cohesive.

This level of detail continues throughout the final stages of the design process. Every stone, finish, texture, colour and custom detail is carefully reviewed and selected to ensure that the physical materials fully reflect the original concept. For us, this final curation is as important as the concept itself — it is where the atmosphere we designed begins to become real.

One address in the centre of Warsaw, more than 400 m² with the logic of a private house — generous space for gathering, quiet rooms for retreat, a garden terrace wrapping around.

A layout this free is rare, and we used all of it. Over 200 m² of open space. The kitchen is generous, there is a library, and the living room with enough space for a large family every day, and for a full house of guests. Windows run frameless along three sides, so daylight moves through the apartment all day. Even at this scale it feels light.

We started by reading the space — its volume, its structure, its light. The interior grew from there into a private world, built around one individual idea of home. We designed it to restore — wellness area, natural materials, greenery in every room. We used natural marble, smoked oak, soft wool, metal that catches the evening light. We chose the materials for how they age. They gain warmth with every year of living.

We’re proud to share that our Grace Hill Apartment project has become a finalist at the SBID International Design Awards 2026. The project is a 300 m² private residence within a much larger mixed-use development.

This project was shortlisted in the Apartment Interior Design Over £1M category — one of the competition’s most prestigious categories, bringing together some of the world’s leading residential interior design studios and their strongest projects.

As part of the Grace Hill project, we are designing multiple apartment typologies, public spaces and shared amenities — each with its own identity, yet all connected by one architectural vision and the same uncompromising standard of design.
