Booking class is minimum of 10 lessons.
He can already swim breaststroke when i started coaching him. However body potion wasn’t highlighted as the most important in this stroke. In this video he improved gliding, correct sequence of breaststroke, incorporated new skill such as breaststroke pullout, maintaining the head as neutral as possible.
