When architectural bureau A*M designed the transformation of this asphalt-paved industrial yard in Eupen (Belgium), our role at ProVisual.pro was to translate their design into tangible, atmospheric CGI.

A*M are true pioneers in regenerative and climate-resilient architecture. Renowned for their uncompromising commitment to Passive House standards, decarbonization, and circular economy principles, they design buildings that actively adapt to the environment and future climate realities. In Eupen Village, this philosophy shines through: preserving embodied carbon by repurposing the existing industrial fabric rather than demolishing it.

Visualizing adaptive reuse requires a delicate balance:

Honoring the original envelope: Capturing the authentic patina of the historic brick warehouse while seamlessly integrating A*M's proposed timber superstructure on top.

Atmospheric storytelling: Showing how the harsh asphalt yard becomes a pedestrian-first green community with cafes, co-working, and active public spaces.

Material truth: Accurately testing how daylight interacts with the preserved masonry, new vertical timber slats, and intensive rooftop greenery.

For us, visualizing another team's architecture means treating their intent with precision — making sure every design decision reads clearly to clients and city planners long before construction starts.

BODIO RESIDENCE

A new architectural 3d visualization created for a residential project in Bodio, Switzerland.

This exterior rendering captures the character of traditional Alpine architecture, combining natural materials, classic green shutters, and a warm, authentic atmosphere with the dramatic mountain landscape surrounding the building.

For this project, we used 3ds Max and Corona Renderer to create the 3D scene and achieve realistic lighting, materials, and atmosphere. Itoo Forest Pack was used to create the surrounding vegetation and landscape, while Adobe Photoshop CC was used for final color grading and post-production.

Balancing aesthetics with long-term maintenance. Considering plant growth, irrigation, durability, and upkeep early leads to more sustainable projects.

3. What should visualizers ask more often?
"How will this landscape perform over time?" Landscapes evolve, and visualizations should reflect their long-term reality.

4. How have neural networks changed your workflow?
AI speeds up concept development and communication, but experience, site knowledge, and practical expertise remain essential.

5. What helps a buyer say "yes"?
Authenticity and attention to detail. Realistic planting, materials, lighting, and a believable atmosphere help clients connect with the space and trust the design.
