Competence Game

Competence Game project was created in response to a real need of HR market in search of an objective and fair assessment of the competence of employees and candidates in the recruitment process. This is the result of close cooperation between Pracowni Gier Szkoleniowych and the Institute for Research and Development IOCUS. We have created a team of experienced professionals: game designers, experts in various fields of science and business, human resource management professionals and service recruitment providers Assessment & Development Center. By combining their knowledge and experience, we designed an innovative on a global scale competence diagnosis tool in the online environment– competence games. Selected competences have been carefully selected based on the idea: the success of the companies themselves decide its employees and their skills.
