From the author:
"When, some time ago, I saw a photo of a Bf-109 on a railway wagon in France, I immediately new that I wanted to make a vignette like that. Additionally, I've been wanting to do a BF-109 with the 1939-early 40's paint scheme for a while now, so things were starting to take shape. I quickly found the wreckage to reproduce, in this case the Bf-109E Black 11 of the 8th staff of JG53 that made a forced landing in France in early 1940.
In the meantime, I began the entire research process, namely on the transport wagon, the way of transporting it (described in the Bf-109 manual of the time), the interior and root of the wings, etc.
It is worth noting, of course, that a project like this involves a lot of scratch work.
A note for Hataka paints, especially the new RUST Set from the Violet Range, which I used for the rust. I really liked it.
I hope you like my work. If you do, follow me 😉

It has been a hot minute since I used my HATAKA HOBBY paints and almost forgot how amazing they are. But truth be told, with a little help of the new Vortex that allowed me to@mix them properly as they were stored for a few years now without being used first coat had a good coverage and tomorrow we will go for the second coat.
