Undead Phoenix

Hailing from the vibrant music scene of Wrocław, Poland, Undead Phoenix is a thrash/heavy metal band that's reigniting the spirit of rock 'n' roll. At the core of our music is a simple, yet powerful message: heavy metal is synonymous with pure, unadulterated fun. In an era where the essence of rock seems to be fading, both in Poland and globally, we strive to bring back the exhilarating joy that defines this genre. Our journey in music is deeply rooted in old-school heavy metal, a style that has been our companion since our earliest forays into music. This rich legacy is evident in our sound, which is both a homage to the classics and a fresh take on the genre. Our concerts are more than just performances; they're a reminder of the euphoria that rock 'n' roll can bring to life. Despite tackling heavy themes in our songs, such as drug addiction, failed relationships, self-hatred, and encounters with dangerous women, our music never loses sight of its primary goal - to entertain and invigorate. These themes are woven into our music, not to dwell on the darkness, but to highlight the power of rock music to transcend, transform, and provide an escape. Undead Phoenix is more than a band; it's a movement. A call to everyone who feels the absence of genuine, fun-loving rock in their lives. We're here to remind you that the spirit of rock 'n' roll is eternal, and it's time to bring back the good times! Line up of Undead Phoenix:

Martin Haze (vocals, electric guitar) - a lover of the Big 4 of Thrash and Iron Maiden, though he quietly admits that he listens to Glam Metal when no one is watching (he loves Steel Panther). He believes that a good metal song isn't complete without a guitar solo (Machine Head's "Imperium" is the exception that proves the rule). Guitar idols: Dimebag Darrell, Andy James. Bart Steel (electric guitar) - a die-hard Judas Priest fan – he knows every riff and solo by heart and plays them every chance he gets when a guitar is in his hands. One look at him and it's clear who his guitar idol is. He loves classic British rock and heavy metal, but recently he is deeply into 80s American glam playing constantly Dokken and Ratt. Paul Long Dee (bass guitar) - a bassist who always seems to have a beautiful girl by his side. No one knows why, but the answer might lie in his nickname. A lover of melodic death metal – he's the one focused on infusing Undead Phoenix's music with as much "kick-ass-ness" as possible. Deeply rooted in progressive metal, his presence has elevated our skills and playing style to a new level. He's a huge fan of Death and was involved in the black metal scene for many years. However, as soon as he started playing with Undead Phoenix, he found a girlfriend. Coincidence? I don't think so.
