Back Porch Folk

W swoim repertuarze łączą tradycje słowiańskie, celtyckie, czerpiąc z dawnych podań, legend i mitów, ze współczesnym brzmieniem. Our band is created by two people who decided to popularise folk music, therefore mostly Irish, in a rather non-orthodox way. Irish instrumental dance tunes, ballads, stories, and old traditional songs with a pinch of Polish flair; Inspired by the most popular musicians from all over the world. You can hear in our music some tunes from the vast store of Irish melodies, but also a breath of bluegrass, French, Quebec, and Slavic roots. Our goal is to share the beauty of folk music from, and all over the world, and the diverse repertoire intends to take the listener into the world of imagination, joy, or even reflection. Nasz zespół to duet popularyzujący muzykę folkową, głównie irlandzką, w raczej nieortodoksyjny sposób.
