I think its all about making us spend more and more money. These outages make us spend Billions dollars, we are a society of consumers. When storms come we spend, any little problem makes go out and spend. they know this. i have a little discount store anyone that knows knows how people run out and spend and spend. this is big industry and Government gets billions in IVU taxes. Its got to stop the people here have to wake up.
