THE EMPTY SEDER TABLE // 📍LONDON • This is a Passover Seder table installation in central London organised by the UK Hostages Families Forum who’ve invited members of the media and the Jewish community to witness the unveiling of the “Empty Seder Table”. The installation features 133 chairs each one hauntingly unoccupied echoing the emptiness felt in our hearts due to the absence of the hostages. The seats ranging from those for infants to elders in their 80s symbolise the vast spectrum of life that were disrupted. Accompanying each chair, posters bearing the faces of the 133 hostages will serve as a poignant reminder of the individuals who remain separated from their families this Passover. 25/04/2024

Todos los rehenes que no pudieron ocupar su lugar en la mesa del Seder 😭. Nuestro Seder de Pésaj, la celebración de la libertad de la esclavitud.... y tantos de nuestros hermanos están en cautiverio 😭😭😭.
