Clinical and Surgical Skills Enhancement Program
In partnership with Fajr Global and in cooperation with local institutions, Samir Foundation is launching an intensive training program to bridge the clinical gap, benefiting more than 680 medical students and interns in the Gaza Strip.
The program is offered through two tracks: a beginner track for third-year students, and an advanced track for sixth-year students. It aims to develop their surgical and clinical skills to enhance their competence and ensure their full readiness for their internship and future medical practice.

برنامج تعزيز المهارات السريرية والجراحية
بالشراكة مع مؤسسة "فجر جلوبال" وبالتعاون مع المؤسسات المحلية، تطلق مؤسسة سمير برنامجاً تدريبياً مكثفاً لسد الفجوة السريرية، ليستفيد منه أكثر من 680 من طلبة الطب وأطباء الامتياز في قطاع غزة.
يُقدم البرنامج عبر مسارين؛ مسار مبتدئ لطلبة المستوى الثالث، ومسار متقدم لطلبة المستوى السادس. ويهدف إلى تطوير مهاراتهم الجراحية والسريرية، لتعزيز كفاءتهم وضمان جاهزيتهم التامة لمرحلة الامتياز والعمل الطبي المستقبلي.

By the grace of Allah, then with the generous support of Dr. Umar Farukhi, Samir Foundation has completed the renovation and opening of the educational and training hall for medical and health sciences students at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the Gaza Strip, following days of continuous work to repair the destruction caused by the war.
Driven by our belief in the continuity of education under the toughest circumstances, this hall returns today to pulse with activities and lectures to prepare the next generation of our healthcare professionals.

بفضل الله، ثم بالدعم الكريم من الدكتور عمر الفاروقي، أتممنا في مؤسسة سمير ترميم وافتتاح القاعة التعليمية والتدريبية لطلبة الطب والعلوم الصحية في مستشفى شهداء الأقصى بقطاع غزة، بعد أيام من العمل المتواصل لإصلاح ما دمرته الحرب.
إيمانًا منا باستمرار التعليم في أصعب الظروف، تعود هذه القاعة اليوم لتنبض بالأنشطة والمحاضرات لتأهيل الجيل القادم من كوادرنا الصحية.

We are taking a new step towards sustaining support for the healthcare sector and medical students in the Gaza Strip. Samir Foundation, in the presence of its administrative board, has signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with Smile Givers International and Wear the Peace to launch the Medical Hub in the southern Gaza Strip.
This comes as a continuation of Samir Foundation’s journey in supporting medical students, following the success of its first Medical Hub in Gaza City.
This partnership aims to support our students and provide a safe educational environment equipped with essential services, including electricity and internet, ensuring they can pursue their university education under the difficult circumstances.

نخطو خطوة جديدة نحو استدامة الدعم للقطاع الصحي وطلبة الطب في قطاع غزة، حيث وقّعت مؤسسة سمير بحضور الهيئة الإدارية عقد شراكة وتعاون مع مؤسسة Smile Givers International ومؤسسة Wear the Peace لافتتاح المساحة الطبية التعليمية (Medical Hub) في جنوب قطاع غزة.
استكمالاً لمسيرة دعم طلبة الطب التي بدأتها مؤسسة سمير إثر نجاح الميديكال هب الأول التابع لها في مدينة غزة.

بعد الأثر الكبير الذي حققه الميديكال هب في مدينة غزة، واستجابة للحاجة الملحة لوجود مساحات تعليمية طبية تدعم طلبتنا.

"My dream and the dream of my late father and mother was for me to finish high school and enter medical school. Praise be to God, I have achieved what they and I always wished for." Mohamed Kamal Ghrab, a medical student from Gaza.
A home was bombed on the eve of his brother's wedding, taking the lives of his entire family, leaving Mohamed as the sole survivor who refused to give up.

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Samir Foundation and Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, which includes an agreement to rehabilitate an educational hall in the southern Gaza Strip to support medical education.
The signing of this agreement reflects Samir Foundation's commitment to supporting the medical education sector, advancing healthcare staff and the medical system, and enhancing the efficiency of medical personnel and students, thereby contributing to the development of the quality of health services provided to our people.
تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين مؤسسة سمير ومستشفى شهداء الأقصى، تتضمن الاتفاقية إعادة تأهيل قاعة تعليمية بجنوب القطاع لدعم التعليم الطبي.
ويأتي توقيع هذه الاتفاقية حرصاً من مؤسسة سمير على دعم قطاع التعليم الطبي، والارتقاء بالكادر الصحي والمنظومة الطبية، وتعزيز كفاءة الطواقم والطلبة بما يساهم في تطوير جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة لأبناء شعبنا.
