إذا عندك عقلية تنظيم، وبتفهم السوق، وبتعرف تحوّل أفكار الزبون لخطة تنفيذ واضحة…
ممكن تكون الشخص اللي بندوّر عليه.

المطلوب:

• ساكن/ة في رام الله أو قادر/ة على السكن والتواجد فيها.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التنسيق أو إدارة المشاريع أو التسويق.
• قدرة عالية على التعامل مع الزبائن وبناء علاقة مهنية طويلة الأمد.
• فهم عميق للسوق واتجاهاته.
• القدرة على بناء Marketing Strategy كاملة ومتكاملة.
• تقديم اقتراحات وأفكار إبداعية للزبائن مبنية على تحليل حقيقي.
• تنظيم وإدارة طلبات الزبون وتحويلها لفريق التنفيذ بكفاءة.
• متابعة التنفيذ والرجوع للزبون بنتائج واضحة ومنظمة.
• قدرة على إدارة فعاليات، حملات، أفكار فيديوهات، أفكار سوشيال ميديا، وخطط محتوى كاملة.
• خلفية قوية في جميع منصات السوشيال ميديا وخصائص كل منصة.
• مرونة عالية (Flexibility) وسرعة استجابة للزبائن.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق ورفع مستوى جودة العمل بشكل مستمر.

طبيعة العمل:

• دوام كامل داخل مقر الشركة.
• أيام الدوام: من الأحد إلى الخميس.

• Ability to build complete marketing strategies.
• Capable of providing strategic insights and creative recommendations.
• Skilled in organizing client requests and transferring them clearly to ex*****on teams.
• Follow-up mindset: from briefing to final delivery.
• Experience managing campaigns, events, video ideas, and full social media plans.
• Strong understanding of all social media platforms and their features.
• High flexibility and responsiveness.
• Strong teamwork abilities and performance-driven mindset.

Job Details:

• Full-time, on-site position.
• Working days: Sunday to Thursday.

• دوام كامل داخل مقر الشركة (مش عمل عن بُعد، ومش دوام جزئي).
• أيام الدوام: من الأحد إلى الخميس.

• فهم قوي للسوشال ميديا والبراندينغ.
• اهتمام بالتفاصيل.
• سرعة تنفيذ مع الحفاظ على الجودة.
