The Innovative Private Sector Development Project II (IPSD II) has signed the first Pre-Investment Grant Agreement under the IGNITE Pre-Investment (PI) track with Churn Solution, marking a key milestone in the IGNITE investment-readiness pathway.

Churn Solution is one of the startups selected for the first cohort of the IGNITE Investment Readiness Advisory Services (IRAS) track. Based on the company’s progress and demonstrated investment readiness during IRAS, efino, IGNITE’s implementing partner, recommended that it advance to the PI stage.

💡 Churn Solution is a retention automation platform that helps subscription-based businesses reduce customer churn, recover failed payments, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The platform enables companies to identify retention opportunities and automate customer engagement at critical stages of the subscription lifecycle.

Through the Pre-Investment Grant, IPSD II will support Churn Solution’s next stage of growth, including management capacity, product development, and marketing activities. The support is expected to contribute to creating and sustaining 14 direct and indirect jobs.

📈 This milestone reflects IGNITE’s role in helping high-potential Palestinian startups strengthen their investment readiness, progress through a structured growth pathway, and prepare for future fundraising and scaling opportunities.
