Because this is not four months of random dog training videos.

DCP is structured around one goal:

Building real control with your dog, even when drive and distraction go up.

We start with communication.

Before asking for control, your dog needs to clearly understand the language between you.

Commands.
Pressure.
Release.
Reward.
Consequences.

Then we build engagement.

Then obedience.

Then we progressively add more difficulty.

More distraction.
More excitement.
More pressure.
More drive.

Because I don’t care if your dog looks perfect when nothing is happening.

I care if you can still communicate with him when something he really wants appears.

And this is where DCP is different from just buying another online dog training course.

You’ll be training your own dog, sending me videos, and I’ll be reviewing your work and helping you correct mistakes as you progress.

We’ll also have weekly calls where we can go through problems, questions and what you need to work on next.

And one of the most important parts is this:

I’m not only helping you train your dog.

I’m teaching YOU how to handle your dog.

Because if the owner doesn’t understand timing, pressure, reward, engagement and progression, the training will never be as reliable as it could be.

You’re probably trying to fix the wrong problem with your dog.

A lot of owners think they have an obedience problem.

So they keep teaching more commands.

More sit.
More down.
More heel.
More recall.

But if your dog already knows those commands and still ignores you when excitement goes up, when another dog appears, when prey kicks in, or when something becomes more important than you...

then the problem is probably not that he needs more commands.

The problem is that the control was never built to survive those moments.

And that changes everything.

For me, the process starts with communication.

Your dog needs to clearly understand what you want.

He needs to understand pressure, release, reward, consequences and what each command actually means.

Then you build engagement.

Then you add pressure.

Then distractions.

And only after that do you start testing the dog when drive is really active.

Because that’s where you find out if the training actually works.

I don’t want to remove the drive from a working dog.

That makes no sense to me.

Drive is part of what makes these dogs special.

It gives us motivation.
Focus.
Intensity.
Engagement.
Something powerful to work with.

The goal is not to make the dog less powerful.

The goal is to keep the power and still keep the communication.

A dog can be excited and still listen.

He can want something badly and still respond.

He can have strong drive and still be under control.

That is the standard I care about.

Not obedience that only works when everything is calm.

Real communication.

Real control.

In real life.
