I thought it was probably time I properly introduced myself — because if you're going to trust me with your skin, your body and that precious hour you've finally managed to take for yourself, you should know a little about the woman behind the treatment bed. ✨

I'm Cheryl, the face, hands and heart behind Inner Glow Beauty & Wellness.

I'm Scottish, but Portugal has been home for the past five years. I came here and created a completely new life for myself and my family — and somewhere along the way, Portugal very much became home. 🇵🇹🤍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I'm also a mum of four, including my newest little addition who has only just arrived. 🥹🤍 So right now I'm very much in my newborn-mum era while also slowly stepping back into something else I love — my business.

I'm a professional, qualified and certified therapist, and I've spent the last few years continuing to learn, develop my skills and build Inner Glow into what I always wanted it to be.

But I'm also just a normal woman juggling motherhood, family, a relationship, businesses, a home and approximately 847 things going around my head at any given moment. 😂

Which is probably why I understand so well how easy it is for us women to put ourselves last.

Inner Glow isn't about creating some intimidating idea of “beauty” or convincing you that you need fixing.

It's about feeling good.
