Curious what it's like to work with me? 👀

Read for yourself, from current and past clients.

Whether you're a finance and investment professional, an artist, a healer, or in marketing and comms, the focus is always the same: meeting you exactly where you're at, creating a safe space to do the real inner work and support in taking the next most intelligent step.

A firm, honest mirror. An accountability buddy and a cheerleader, all at once. 🤍

The result: more capacity, more energy, real joy, a resilience that actually holds when things get hard.

The Identity UpLevel is live Tuesday, September 29th.

When someone first put my name forward for Head of Investments at a donor advised fund, something in me contracted immediately. Who are you to do this? You're not qualified.

I caught it. I wasn't unqualified. My identity just hadn't caught up to what I was actually capable of yet. So I made a decision before I had the proof: I'm ready. I already know how to develop a strategy, build and execute a portfolio, lead this. That belief came first. The evidence followed.

Here's what I want you to sit with. That same mechanism runs in reverse.

How many times has an opportunity landed in front of you, a promotion, a bigger role, a bigger ask, and some part of you quietly said not yet, not you, not qualified? And you believed it. So you didn't raise your hand. And later, you watched someone else step into it, someone likely just as qualified as you, maybe even less. They just believed they could.

That wasn't accurate information about your ability. That was your old identity, making the call before you consciously got a vote.

Identity doesn't just pull you forward when it's updated. It quietly caps you when it isn't. Same mechanism. Opposite direction.

What's one place you've been waiting for permission that was always yours to give yourself?

Something's been building for weeks. It's finally here 🎉

The Identity UpLevel: a free, live 90-minute masterclass on the actual mechanics of identity change.

Here's the premise: your identity is your operating system. Strategy, habits, discipline, these are just the apps. They only ever run as well as the system underneath them.

Most of us spend years optimizing the app. Another routine. Another plan. Another version of trying harder. And wonder why it doesn't stick, or doesn't come fast enough, or costs more than it's worth.

The real lever is one level down. Almost nobody works it directly.

Tuesday, September 29th · 7:00–8:30pm Lisbon time · Live via Zoom

In 90 minutes, live, together:

→ What identity actually is, and why the version of you that built your success can quietly become the ceiling on what's next
→ The neuroscience behind why insight alone has never been enough
→ A live, guided process to meet your next identity, and consciously leave the old one behind
→ Five tools you'll walk away using that same night

I've lived this on repeat for two decades. Not aware I was doing it, at first. Now, consciously, deliberately. I'm bringing everything I've learned into one room, live, free.

Your next level is waiting. Are you ready to claim it?

Link in bio to register 🖤

Can't make it live? Register anyway, the recording comes to everyone who signs up.

❌ Old belief: I have to prove I'm worthy.

✅ New belief: I'm inherently worthy. Full stop.

The photo on top is me in 2018. The one below is me now.

It took me years to unlearn the first one. And I'm not done, but I'm closer than I've ever been.

This is identity work. Not affirmations. Not positive thinking. Actually going in and rewriting what you believe about yourself at the root, so everything built on top of it can finally be true too.

Drop a 🤍 if this old belief is one you know intimately.

The Identity UpLevel drops next week - stay tuned 👀

What core belief are you holding onto that might not even be true, but is silently running your life?

This theme keeps showing up. In my coaching sessions. In my own life. More than once this month, in different people, the same root sentence underneath:

I have to suffer for my success.

Planted decades ago, long before anyone had any say in the matter.

An unexamined belief like that doesn't just sit quietly in the background. It actively creates the conditions it expects. Stress, struggle, the sense that ease has to be earned through hardship first. You end up manufacturing the suffering the belief told you was necessary, and because you never questioned it, it keeps confirming itself.

I've been bringing Byron Katie's inquiry work into my sessions a lot recently. Her core insight: our beliefs create our suffering, and the mind is always hunting for evidence to reinforce them, deepening it further. Her work takes a belief one at a time, strips it down, and asks you to find evidence of the opposite. Do that enough, and the belief loosens its grip.

Every time I've done this, the same thing happens. People go quiet. Then they start listing them. Their partner. Their friendships. Their community. Their children. Their work. The things they love most, and every one of them came with ease. They'd been carrying this belief for years, treating it as fact, and the moment they went looking for the truth of "I have to suffer for my success," it didn't hold up.

This is the part most people never do. We live from beliefs we never examine, and those beliefs aren't just opinions, they're identity. They shape what we focus on, how we feel, what we do, what we think is possible for us.

Every belief you examine and find false loosens its grip. Chip away enough of them, and what's left is spaciousness. Freedom. Room to live from clarity instead of inherited fear.

Something's dropping tomorrow, for anyone ready to do this work on the identity running their life.

What are you ready to let go of? 🖤

Every identity has a cost. Even the one you’ve outgrown. Especially the one you’ve outgrown.

It’s not just a habit or a role you’re playing. It’s actively protecting you, and it’s costing you, both at once.

In every Clarity Session I run, I ask two questions before anything else. Where are you now. And what is staying here actually costing you.

This isn’t about judgment. It’s an invitation into honest, compassionate inquiry. Just getting curious and present with what’s actually happening.

What is it costing you physically? The tension you’re carrying, the sleep you’re not getting, the energy spent just to keep functioning as the identity you’ve outgrown.

What is it costing you mentally? The bandwidth spent managing a life that no longer fits. The decisions you keep deferring because some part of you already knows the answer.

What is it costing you emotionally? The small resentments. The performance. The distance from people you used to feel close to.

What is it costing you spiritually? The quiet erosion of trust in yourself, every time you choose the familiar identity over the true one.

Here’s the part people don’t want to look at. If you’re still here, some part of your identity is benefiting from staying. That’s not weakness. That’s not failure. That part of you is trying to protect you, from fear, from judgement, from the unknown on the other side of change.

But the protection has a cost too. And most people spend years trying to strategise or discipline their way past a pattern without ever getting honest about the benefit that’s keeping it in place, or the part of their identity that benefit is protecting. That’s why the change doesn’t stick. You can’t out-strategise a part of you that’s trying to keep you safe. You have to actually meet it.

If you stayed exactly as you are for another year, what would it cost you? And what part of your identity is staying actually trying to protect?

I’ve been noticing something in my coaching sessions lately.

A tension. Sometimes conscious, sometimes not.

People who can feel it. A shift already happening inside them. And life outside hasn’t caught up yet.

The work that used to fit doesn’t anymore.
The relationship that used to feel right now feels tight.
The belief that used to drive you now feels like it’s running you into the ground.

Nothing dramatic happened. Something inside already changed.

If this is you, hear this. You’re not broken. You’re not behind. You’re in the middle of an identity shift.

And it’s one of the most powerful places you can work from. Because when what’s inside you changes, your outer life has no choice but to follow. Your work. Your relationships. Your beliefs. The whole shape and feel of your life.

This is where real lasting transformation actually begins. Not out there. In here.

What’s one place you’re feeling this gap right now?

17/08/2026

I’ve been sitting with grief a lot lately.

Not just my own. The collective kind.

And I’m curious: what’s your relationship with grief?

Have you created space to sit with it? Your personal grief, the collective grief, all of it?

Or have we learned to bypass it? To not even acknowledge it as something that matters?

Because grief is what makes us deeply human. Our ability to feel the pain and suffering of this present moment, that’s our humanity.

Yet we’re terrified of it. Afraid we’ll be overwhelmed. Disconnected from our emotions entirely. Afraid of what opens if we let ourselves feel.

But what if we grieved together?

When you’re not alone in it, you’re safe to feel it fully. You’re held. You’re supported. And from that collective holding, something else emerges: wisdom, love, the healing that wants to come through.

Would you be interested in spaces for this? To grieve together, to feel together, to move through it as a collective?

Drop a 💛 below. I’m genuinely curious. 🌿

Stop dismissing inner work as woo.

It's backed by neuroscience, quantum physics, and decades of research on how the brain actually works.

This carousel breaks down the science behind transformation, so you can understand why the deep inner work actually creates lasting change 💃
