🦞🍋 THIS CREAMY LOBSTER RISOTTO LOOKS FANCY… BUT IT’S SURPRISINGLY EASY! 🤤✨
Ingredients
1½ cups Arborio rice
10–12 oz cooked lobster meat, cut into chunks
4 cups warm chicken or seafood broth
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter, divided
1 small shallot, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup dry white wine or extra broth
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 lemon, zest + 1 tbsp juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
September is perfect for leaning into bright lemon, fresh herbs, seafood-forward dishes, and cozy creamy recipes as summer transitions into fall.
How to Make It
Heat the broth in a saucepan and keep it warm over low heat.
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet. Add the shallot and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add Arborio rice and stir for about 1 minute. Pour in the wine and cook until mostly absorbed.
Add warm broth about ½ cup at a time, stirring frequently. Wait until each addition is mostly absorbed before adding more. Continue for about 18–22 minutes, until creamy and tender.
Meanwhile, melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. Add the lobster chunks and gently sear for 1–2 minutes, just until warmed and lightly golden. Avoid overcooking.
Remove the risotto from the heat. Stir in Parmesan, remaining butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
Spoon into a shallow serving bowl and arrange the buttery lobster generously over the top.
Finish with extra parsley, lemon zest, Parmesan and a drizzle of melted lemon butter. Serve immediately. 🦞✨

🍳🔥 THAT GOLDEN YOLK DRIP! 🤤✨ This crispy egg toast looks fancy but takes just MINUTES—and the center is ridiculously satisfying! 🥚🍞💛
Ingredients
2 thick slices rustic sourdough bread
2 large eggs
2 tbsp shredded cheddar or Gruyère
1 tbsp softened butter
1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Fresh dill
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Optional pinch of red-pepper flakes
Fresh apple slices and green grapes for serving
How to Make It
Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly butter both sides of the sourdough slices.

Bake until the bread is deeply golden and crisp, the egg whites are set and the yolks remain beautifully soft, about 8–12 minutes depending on your oven.
Finish generously with chopped chives, parsley and fresh dill. Add red-pepper flakes if you want a little heat.
Serve immediately while the toast is crunchy and the yolk is still runny. Pair with September apples and grapes for an easy early-fall brunch board.

6 hard-boiled eggs
2 large cucumbers
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Fresh basil leaves
4 oz prosciutto
4 oz sliced salami
1½ cups cheddar cheese cubes
1½ cups mini fresh mozzarella balls
2 cups green seedless grapes
