In memory of Conrad "Cronos" Lant (1963 - 2026) 🕯️
I usually avoid making posts like this on the project page, always make them in my private Instagram page. However both me and my band are beyond shocked in finding out that Conrad "Cronos" Lant passed away as the original lineup of Venom was the main influence in the early "Black'n'Roll days" of this project.
Cronos, Mantas and Abaddon not only created every form of extreme metal with "Welcome to Hell", they introduced a punk element in Metal that wasn't common at all, an attitude of do it yourself and pure unapologetic Rock'n'Roll that very few bands were able to incorporate in their presentation.
I remember the first days when we purposely wanted to be the modern equivalent to the portuguese metal scene to what Venom were to NWOBHM with such a raw offensive sound, completely against the grain of the production standards in the scene and able to make ears bleed!
Despite having evolved way beyond that purpose and changing our sound a lot since back then, we vowed to never lose the "Venom" factor on stage, and I think we still got it damn present.
Here's a video of us performing "Black Metal", a song presented in almost every single concert of ours alongside our friends Belathauzer and Helregni from Filii Nigrantium Infernalium.
Thank you for laying down your soul for Rock'n'Roll and also the blueprint Cronos! 🙏

After 19 months of pre-production, recording/production and post-production, I couldn't fully believe my debut album "Tale of the Witchburner" was finished and ready to be unveiled through singles while the CDs are being made via Maledict Records ... 🤯
Two days ago I met with Duarte from Maledict and we checked the test print for the CDs and honestly I've been so starstruck about it I can't stop looking at it. This album isn't a simple debut album to me, it's the result of all the work I've done 11 years since I first dabbled into jamming with friends in a random garage, work that I couldn't achieve without the help of my current and former bandmates, each one of them I'm deeply thankful for. 🔥
We'll start soon the concrete revelations about the release details of the album, until then the Instagram page might slow down as we finish the details regarding the release and the commemorations of 5 years since the conception of this project! 🔪
So, we invited everyone to check "Smashing Silence" and "Greyhound" the two advance singles from this album! 🗡️
Silence strikes as the rites draw near... This is the "Tale of the Witchburner"! 🕯️

Greyhound - O Galgo
Em memória de Manuel Magro (1939 - 2024)
O novo e último single do "Tale of the Witchburner" sai dia 18/09 à meia noite! 🔪🔥
