Energy Gathering Players brought the team together for an evening on a beautiful rooftop overlooking the river, the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy each other’s company.

And the energy? Exactly what you’d expect from Energy AiC! 

Incredible, contagious, and impossible not to feel. But more than anything, it comes from the people. There’s a real sense of closeness, a genuine openness and a warmth that makes everyone feel welcome from the start.

These moments matter. They give us the chance to step away from the usual routine, strengthen relationships, and keep building the connections that make a team feel like a real team.

This is part of what makes Affinity’s intrapreneurship model so special... Each company has its own identity, culture, and way of bringing its people together, while always being part of something bigger.

Five years... Countless challenges, achievements, and moments of growth!

This week, Ana Rita Santos celebrates 5 years at Affinity and it’s a journey shaped by the values that guide us every day - Affinity, Ambition, Action, Assertiveness and Apprenticeship.

Our Five A’s aren’t just words. They’re the mindset behind the way we grow, collaborate, and build careers. And Rita’s journey is a reflection of that. A path of continuous learning, dedication, and evolution that recently led her to a new chapter as Senior Manager.

Congratulations on these first five years. Here’s to everything that’s still to come. 💙

The first half of the year deserves more than a review, it deserves a moment to reflect, realign, and move forward together. 💙

Closing Semester brought everyone together to look back on what we’ve achieved, share where we’re heading, and define the priorities that will shape the second half of 2026.

But it wasn’t all about strategy... The Affinity Beach Olympic Games reminded us that great results don’t happen without collaboration. Teamwork, trust, and a healthy competitive spirit made every challenge count, and our Five A’s were present every step of the way.

We ended the day with a sunset cocktail, celebrating everything we’ve accomplished so far and raising a glass to everything that’s still ahead.

On June 17th, Portugal kicked off its World Cup journey.

Welcome Spring, the Affinity way!

In Lisbon, we kicked off the new season on March 20th, and today we did it all over again in Porto.
