ABUSO oversize valves, sat in a GSX-R1100 head that's been opened right up. 😮‍💨

Bigger valves only pay off if everything around them is done properly: seats cut to match, guides sized right, and enough room for the valve to breathe without shrouding. Get that wrong and a turbo has less to push against. 🔥

This tuned ZXR750 from the UK wears 90s Kawasaki race colours and runs ABUSO upgraded valve springs. 😎

A 750 four makes its power by revving, and once it's tuned, worn out stock springs start losing the fight at the top end. Upgraded springs keep every valve following the cam, so the revs keep coming instead of fading into valve float. 🔧

Stretched, blacked out, and breathing through ABUSO oversize intake valves. More air into 1,441cc means more horsepower but the valvetrain must survive being pinned at the top of the rev range. Ours does. 🔥

Hayabusa-powered single-seater from France, running ABUSO oversize valves! 🏁
1,300cc of superbike engine, four wheels and no fairing to hide behind. 😅

In a car, that engine lives near the top of the rev range and pulls a whole chassis out of every corner, so the valvetrain never gets an easy moment. Oversize valves feed it more air exactly where these builds spend their time. 🔥

Honda CBX drag bike from Germany, running a turbo, nitrous and 24 ABUSO oversize stainless valves! 🚀
Six cylinders apparently weren't enough, so a customer added a turbo. And then nitrous. 😅

Boost plus nitrous means huge cylinder pressure and extreme exhaust heat on every pass down the strip. Oversize valves let the air-cooled six breathe harder, and stainless steel is chosen for exactly that kind of heat. 🔥
