🚀 Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Design Lead. The Senior Design Lead will oversee design workflows, manage projects from concept to completion, and ensure alignment with client expectations. Responsibilities include leading branding, graphic, and digital design strategies, developing innovative solutions, conducting design reviews, and collaborating with clients and team members.

What you’ll do

Lead Design projects end-to-end, from brief to handoff, with ownership and sharp judgement;

Collaborate directly with clients on scope, flows, and product decisions;

Mentor junior and mid-level designers with direct, constructive feedback;

Help shape studio culture and process

📋 What we’re looking for Senior Design Lead

5+ years of design experience

Strong command of Figma, auto-layout, variables, interactive components

Background in product contexts, not just branding or pure creative agency

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Comfortable juggling multiple projects and client relationships in parallel

Fluent in English

We are looking for a mid level UI/UX Designer! 💥

🚀 Role Description

We want someone that has expert skills in visual and interaction design and is focused on creating engaging digital products and web experiences.
We need someone who understands flow maps, developing prototypes and wants to collaborate closely with UX, development, and strategy. UX is key to great products.

Job Requirements

We do value experience – 2/3 years would be great, but we never exclude new talent.
Degree in Design or other related subjects – however, this is not an eliminatory factor (explain your background and how it’s relevant for the position).
Strong drive to learn and a team player.
Independence on organizing your own tasks.
Hands-on experience with Figma.
Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Design and collaborate with your team in creating great digital products.
Implement strategies and collaborate on product iterations.
Work with the development team to test and prototype.
Work closely with UX to design great experiences.
