في إطار مواصلة الاستعدادات لاستضافة دولة قطر لدورة الألعاب الآسيوية الحادية والعشرين – الدوحة 2030، عقد مجلس إدارة اللجنة المنظمة، اليوم، اجتماعه الثاني برئاسة سعادة الشيخ جوعان بن حمد آل ثاني، رئيس اللجنة الأولمبية القطرية ورئيس مجلس إدارة اللجنة المنظمة، وذلك لمتابعة سير العمل واستعراض مستجدات التحضيرات الخاصة باستضافة هذا الحدث الرياضي القاري الكبير

*Board of Directors of the Doha 2030 Asian Games Organising Committee Holds Its Second Meeting*

As preparations continue for the State of Qatar’s hosting of the 21st Asian Games – Doha 2030, the Board of Directors of the Organising Committee held its second meeting today, chaired by H.E. Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, President of the Qatar Olympic Committee and Chairman of the Organising Committee’s Board of Directors, to review progress and discuss the latest preparations for hosting the major continental sporting event.

انطلاق فعاليات البنات ضمن برنامج “الأدعم” الصيفي 2026

يواصل برنامج “الأدعم الصيفي 2026”، المخصص لأبناء وبنات موظفي اللجنة الأولمبية القطرية، فعالياته للأسبوع الثاني بنجاح، بتنظيم إدارة الأحداث الرياضية باللجنة، وبالتعاون مع مؤسسة دوري نجوم قطر والاتحاد القطري للبولينغ والاتحاد القطري الرياضي للشرطة ومركز بيرف آب والمتحف الأولمبي وعدد من الاتحادات الرياضية.

ويستهدف البرنامج الأطفال من الفئة العمرية من 8 إلي12 عاماً ضمن المشاركين، فيما خُصصت فئة المتطوعين للشباب من عمر 16 إلى 18 عاماً.
ويهدف البرنامج من خلال المتطوعين من الشباب إلى تنمية روح المسؤولية والعمل الجماعي وتعزيز مهارات القيادة لديهم.

Girls’ Activities Begin in the Team Qatar Summer Program 2026

The girls’ activities have officially commenced as part of the second week of the Team Qatar Summer Program 2026, which continues successfully for the children of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) employees.

Organised by the QOC’s Sports Events Department, the program is delivered in collaboration with the Qatar Stars League Foundation, the Qatar Bowling Federation, the Qatar Police Sports Federation, Perf Up Centre, the Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum 3-2-1, and several national sports federations.

The program welcomes children aged 8 to 12, while a dedicated volunteer track is available for young people aged 16 to 18. Through this initiative, participants develop a stronger sense of responsibility, teamwork, and leadership while gaining valuable volunteering experience.

اجتمع سعادة الشيخ جوعان بن حمد آل ثاني، رئيس اللجنة الأولمبية القطرية، اليوم، مع سعادة السيد سعيد عبدالله القمزي، سفير دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشقيقة لدى الدولة.

وجرى خلال الاجتماع استعراض علاقات التعاون بين دولة قطر ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في المجال الرياضي، وبحث سبل دعمها وتعزيزها خلال المرحلة المقبلة.

كما تناول اللقاء عدد من الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

‏H.E. Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, President of the Qatar Olympic Committee, met today with H.E. Saeed Abdullah Al Qamzi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the State of Qatar.

‏During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the cooperation between the State of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates in the field of sport and discussed ways to further support and strengthen it in the coming period.

‏The meeting also covered a number of topics of mutual interest.
