On Friday evening we joined CUBE by the Lake at Tarnița, an event bringing together clients, partners and the teams from the eight companies that make up CUBE.

What made it worthwhile was the format. There were no presentations and no agenda, which left room for the kind of conversations that rarely happen in a meeting room. We talked with people we have worked with for years and met others for the first time, and in a few cases found out we had been solving the same problem from two different directions.

The best time to know your options is before you need them.

That's really why most people are in the Zega community. They've got good jobs and they're not planning to leave, but they like knowing what's out there, because the day you actually have to start looking is the worst possible day to begin finding out.

So they keep half an eye on the senior roles that come through, with none of the pressure that comes with job hunting. Most of the time nothing changes. Every so often something worth a proper look lands in front of them, and they got to see it without ever going looking.

Walking Month 2026 is almost a wrap and what a month it's been for our team!

We kept an eye on the leaderboard, sure but the real win has been every single step adding up to support a cause that matters. Along the way we built healthier habits, spent more time away from our screens, and did it together.
