Four years ago, IT BBQ Fest started with a simple idea - what if we gave tech people a place to connect without agendas, presentations, meeting rooms, or networking pressure?

𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟒𝟖𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐓 𝐁𝐁𝐐 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐯 𝟒.𝟎.

Developers, cybersecurity specialists, designers, entrepreneurs, students, community builders, families, kids, and even a few four-legged friends came together around burgers, cold drinks, and conversations that mattered.

The numbers make us proud. But what excites us most is something else.
✔️ The partnerships that started at previous editions.
✔️ The communities that found common ground.
✔️ The startups that met future collaborators.
✔️ The conversations about education, mentorship, local impact, and the future we want to build together.

At some point, every great initiative reaches a moment where it has to ask itself a difficult question - 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭?

Looking at this year's edition, we believe IT BBQ Fest has reached a new level of maturity. Not because of attendance numbers, but because of the ecosystem forming around it.

And when an ecosystem starts to emerge, the mission becomes bigger than the event itself.

We're not ready to share everything just yet, but let's just say we're thinking beyond burgers, beyond stages, and beyond one day a year. We're thinking about how we can support more communities, more startups, more local initiatives, and more people who want to create meaningful impact.

One of our favorite things about IT BBQ Fest is that every year, the community grows in new and unexpected ways. And this year, the kids’ corner is about to get a whole lot more colorful. 🎨
