تعرّفوا على الحاصلات والحاصلين على دعم زاد سوريا، الدورة الاستثنائية من برنامج زاد: أميال من التواصل، التي تتوجه هذا العام إلى الفنانات والفنانين السوريين المقيمين في أوروبا وتركيا والراغبين في إعادة تقديم أعمالهم ومشاريعهم الفنية داخل سوريا.

تأتي هذه الدورة ضمن برمجة الذكرى الخامسة عشرة لتأسيس اتجاهات – ثقافة مستقلة | في صميم التغيير، وتدعم هذا العام 10 مشاريع فنية في الموسيقا والمسرح والفنون الأدائية والبصرية والتصوير الفوتوغرافي.

سينطلق الفنانون والفنانات من مدن أوروبية مختلفة، قاطعين أكثر من 41 ألف ميل للوصول بأعمالهم إلى دمشق، حلب، حمص، مصياف، طرطوس، الحسكة، القامشلي، ديريك، عامودا وريف دمشق، بالتعاون مع فنانين وفنانات وشركاء محليين.

Meet the artists and projects selected for support through Zad Syria, the special edition of Zad: Miles for Connection, which this year supports Syrian artists based in Europe and Turkey who are returning to Syria to present and re-stage their artistic works and projects.

Part of Ettijahat – Independent Culture’s 15th anniversary programme | In the Heart of Change, this special edition supports 10 projects spanning music, theatre, performing and visual arts, and photography.

Travelling from different European cities, the supported artists will cover more than 41,000 miles to bring their work to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Masyaf, Tartous, Al-Hasakah, Qamishli, Derik, Amuda and Rural Damascus, while collaborating with local artists, cultural practitioners and partners along the way.

Friday, August 7th, at 7 PM, we are excited to invite you to listen a sound performance at “Șantier” (“Construction site”). The sound performance by Al.Ehtifal Project is presented in the context of the solo show by Dumitru Gorzo (Dumitru Gorzo ), curated by Alex Radu (Alex Radu ), at / SAC @ MALMAISON (Calea Plevnei 137C).

The performance draws on the concept of the ‘Șantier’ (“Construction site”) exhibition, in which the exhibition space is understood as a studio - a space for experimentation and continuous transformation. In line with Dumitru Gorzo’s perspective on the studio as an open-ended process, the installation is not treated as a finished object, but as an ensemble that is constantly open to reconfiguration.
The performance is conducted by the Al.Ehtifal Project (Al.Ehtifal Project ), represented by Ariadna Ene Iliescu (Ariadna Ene Iliescu )(viola), Lehel Vitalyos (double bass), Mohamad Zatari (Mohamad Zatari ) (guitar / oud) and Andrei Raicu (Andrei Raicu ) (electronics). The four musicians are positioned in the four corners of the exhibition space, creating a listening environment that surrounds the audience. Their positioning allows sound to move through the space and transforms the entire exhibition into a unified acoustic environment.

AL.Ehtifal Project (from the Arabic for ‘Celebration’) is a free improvisation ensemble that approaches music as a collective, non-hierarchical act. Each musician responds to the others in real time, generating a shared, ever-changing soundscape based on timbres, intuition and mutual support.
