The launch of the exclusive Corinthia Bucharest perfume by Parfumonde was marked by an intimate evening at Sass’ Restaurant & Lounge Speakeasy, bringing together guests for a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity and the senses.
Our favourite part? Listening to Cristina Bălan and Chef share the stories behind their creations.
Cristina spoke about the delicate balance of bergamot, honeysuckle and warm amber that came together to create a signature fragrance designed to evoke one place in the world: Corinthia Bucharest. Inspired by the fragrance's notes, Chef Ambre Aly created a bespoke menu that echoed its composition - from sea bass ceviche with bergamot, to duck breast paired with rhubarb, lavender and berries, finishing with desserts built around the bright freshness of yuzu that completed the experience in a truly memorable way.
