Team Building & Corporate Events Because your team's enthusiasm generates great expectations about the event.

Because organizing an event can become a real challenge where managing the assigned budget and the time, overlapped on the permanent professional activity, becomes usually more and more compressed. Because Twelve can take organizational tasks of any event handling efficiently and in time all the details of the project. Whether is a conference, launching a product, workshop, teambuilding or a corporate party, your company will benefit from the successful event.

The photographer didn’t go home.
He went back to where it all began.
Because some nights deserve one last memory.
At Twelve, we don’t just document events.
We become part of the story.

Four thousand people.
One standing ovation.
One chapter coming to an end.
The Faculty of Law is more than a place where people earn a degree.
It is where resilience is tested, friendships are built, and future advocates, judges, prosecutors, and legal professionals take their first real step into the world.
It was an honor to help create the stage for such a meaningful moment.
Congratulations to every graduate, every family member who cheered from the audience, and every professor who helped shape this journey.
Here’s to everything that comes next.

A memorable event is never built around one spectacular moment.
It is built through hundreds of details working seamlessly together: the rhythm on stage, the lighting, the sound, every entrance, every name pronounced correctly, and every emotion given the space to be felt.
And the place where it all happens matters.
Hosted at the Bucharest National Opera, the graduation ceremony of the Faculty of Cybernetics had the elegance, meaning and emotion such an important milestone deserves.
For a few hours, one of Bucharest’s most iconic stages belonged to the graduates, their professors and their families.
In the end, people may not remember every element of the production.
But they will remember the atmosphere, the emotion and the way the entire experience made them feel.
For us, this is what events are truly about: impeccable organisation, attention to the smallest details, and moments that remain long after the stage lights go out.
Twelve. We make moments matter.

The spotlight is never an accident.
Every seamless event is built on hundreds of decisions made long before the lights come on.
That’s where we thrive.

✈️ We’re not pilots.
But we do have our own control tower.
Lights. Sound. Video. Cameras. Timing.
Hundreds of moving parts, one show.
Everyone sees the party.
Few see the control tower behind it.

It’s just a prom… until 10,000 details come together at the same time.
They see the party.
We see the process.
This is what happens before the doors open.
Stay tuned!

In these days, Romania is hosting the international EACL delegation, one of the world’s leading academic communities in AI & Computational Linguistics.
Together with the , and with the support of the Presidential Administration, Twelve Romania is contributing to the effort of demonstrating that the 20th anniversary edition in 2027, bringing together over 1,000 international participants, can find its place here, in Romania.
This process goes beyond a single event. It speaks about trust, collaboration, and Romania’s capacity to host large-scale international projects.
We are proud to be part of this journey and to contribute, step by step, to creating contexts that place Romania on the map of major global events.
From empty space
to pure energy.
What you see is more than a transformation.
It’s what happens when vision meets ex*****on.

The room breathing before it comes alive.
