Being aware of yourself and everything around you should be your super power.

Every change, improvement, transformation starts with being aware of what is happening, what you are feeling and what could be different.

Observe yourself, your relationships, the environment you live in every day, and consciously analyse what is healthy and what is not.

And always applaud yourself for all the progress you've made until that point. And cheer on for yourself to keep going.

Also remember that you are not your mistakes, your successes, or any of your feelings, reactions.

You are essence. You are energy.🤍✨

Femininity comes in many forms. Sometimes it's in the soft voice a mother talks to her child, sometimes it's in the nurturing way a woman behaves with the people around her, in the way she arranges the flowers in a vase, or in the way she dances.

What are the moments in which you feel the most in your feminine?

Being an independent woman can be both rewarding and exhausting. Remember to tune in with your feminine side. Keep in mind that without a stable mental health you can't be productive.
