We are happy to announce the acquisition of Scale Expert, a Romanian company specialized in retail and industrial weighing solutions.

Through this transaction, ITG further expands its portfolio across retail, logistics, manufacturing and supply chain technologies — adding weighing, labeling and industrial automation solutions to our ecosystem.

Looking forward to building and scaling this new chapter together.

Today, IT Genetics is listed and officially trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. 🙏🏻

On May 20th, IT Genetics will begin trading on the Bursa de Valori Bucuresti / Bucharest Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ITG.

This is an important milestone for us — and one we have dreamed about for many years.
Nineteen years ago, we started this business from scratch with a lot of enthusiasm, curiosity, and the desire to build something meaningful for the long term. We were only 18 years old at the time. It has not been an easy journey, but it has been one built with patience, perseverance, and extraordinary people by our side.

Over the past few years, we have managed to double our business, expand internationally, and develop new directions in automation, robotics, and AI.
For us, becoming a listed company marks the beginning of a new chapter — one about maturity, transparency, and the ambition to build a Romanian technology group with relevance at a European level 🇪🇺.

I would like to thank our colleagues, partners, clients, and everyone who has believed in us throughout this journey. Nothing valuable is ever built without great people around you.

We enter this new stage with responsibility and with the goal of generating long-term value for the shareholders and partners who choose to believe in our vision and in what we are building for the years ahead.

Many of you know that I am passionate about chess and that I founded Chess Kings .kings.club — a chess club for entrepreneurs and leaders.

Next weekend, we will take part in the “Ajungem MARI” charity chess tournament, an event where we are raising funds to support the education and development of children through the project “Vocational Courses for Institutionalized Children and Young People”.
