Am luat locul 5/9 la culturism si 5/9 si la classic physique
Departe de locul la care visam, dar mergem inainte si caut sa imbunatatesc ce pot controla pentru urmatorul concurs (care o sa fie pe 26 septembrie intr-o alta federatie naturala, WNBF)
Foarte multumit de progresul fata de acum 3 ani. Consider ca am adus un pachet mult mai balansat upper/lower, masa musculara extra (estimez eu 3kg), o conditionare mai buna si de asemenea si un posing imbunatatit.
