๐Ÿ“š IIBA Romania Chapter invites you to a new edition of The Book Explained โ€” a BA Book Club format where someone โ€œreads the book for youโ€ and walks you through the key ideas in a clear, practical way.

In this session, Codrin-Dan Nicolau, MBA, PMP, CCMP, CBAP will guide us through the main ideas from Practical Business Process Modeling and Analysis, with a focus on designing and improving business processes incrementally using BPMN, in a way that is also relevant for AI transformation.

No prior reading is required.
