Last week we held our first AI-dedicated event, initiated by our CEO, Erik Andreasen, who wanted to create a space for colleagues to explore how AI is already transforming the way we work in practice.
The engagement around the session was remarkable, with a large number of colleagues joining both at the office and online, creating an interactive atmosphere throughout the event.

Roxana, a Product Manager with more than 15 years in the IT industry, demonstrated how she combines Copilot and Figma to turn dense client requirement briefs into working prototypes.
With AI assisting both the interpretation and design process, the feedback loop between concept, mockup, and implementation became dramatically shorter. She also demonstrated a separate agent handling competitor research in parallel.
The outcome: the same process that once took weeks can now be wrapped up in just a few days.

Kasper, who has 30 years of experience as a programmer, took a technical approach. He talked about what it really means to write code alongside AI: the setup, the mindset, the things you still need to know, and the things that will become obsolete if you don’t adapt. His tool of choice: Claude Code.
What made the session valuable was how practical it felt. No vendor pitches or buzzword-heavy slides, just honest conversations about how AI is already reshaping everyday work, one workflow at a time.

We were happy to host the latest DRBA board meeting after the recent elections of the new members.

We had the first event of the year, and we decided to shake things up a bit.
This time, instead of heading to a restaurant, we turned our own office into the venue and organized everything ourselves. And the teams' feedback shows it was a hit! 🚀
The evening kicked off with a wine tasting guided by Ștefan, who walked us through five different wines and their stories. And yes, we did try to remember all the tasting notes, which came in very handy (or not 😄) when we moved on to our next challenge.
We added a twist: blindfolded wine guessing competitions. Some of our colleagues bravely tried to identify the wines just by taste. 🍷
The stakes? Winners got to take home a bottle of their choice, while the “less accurate” tasters had to step up for karaoke, which quickly became one of the highlights of the night. 🎤🎵
As the evening went on, things became even more fun - card games, lots of laughter and plenty of moments that brought the teams closer.
It was one of those nights that reminded us that the best moments don’t need much: just the right people, a bit of creativity, and a willingness to have fun together. 🥳🥂
