Immaculate vibes.

Six bottles in, Cosmin Udrea had us talking terroir, growers vs. houses, Blanc de Blancs vs. Blanc de Noirs and what we’re actually supposed to notice once it hits the glass. We even learned how to open a bottle properly and turns out, less drama is the point. 🥂

We took the Les Enfants du Marché boys to the market before finalising the menu. The menu wasn’t 100% locked yet—on purpose. First, they needed to see what was actually in season here. What’s fresh? What’s local? What looks suspiciously good? What should absolutely come back to TABRA with us?

International relations are going extremely well.

If not, a little reminder: on September 18 & 19, TABRA will be closed for regular service and open only for the pop-up.

TABRA W**E: LE CLOS DES MÛRIERS

A Chardonnay for people who like Chardonnay, and also for people who think they don’t. 🥂 Fresh, rich and very easy to like, with lemon, white fruit, a little honey and a subtle floral side. It has enough body to hold its own next to food, but stays bright and fresh all the way through.
