As part of 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗮 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, we sat down with three teammates who've been with us for years and asked them exactly that.

Meet 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗻, 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶, and 𝗜𝗼𝗮𝗻, three voices from QA, IT, and engineering leadership, each with 6 or more years at Softia.

As part of 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗮 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, we sat down with three of our teammates who are among the longest-standing at Softia and asked them two things: what's the most important lesson they've learned along the way, and what do they think AI will never replace.

Meet 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘂, 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻, and 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗿𝘂, three of our most seasoned voices in QA and engineering.

Their lessons are different: understanding the business behind the project, the need to balance quality and performance under pressure, and the knowledge that the best results come from open collaboration. But their answers on AI lead to the same place. It's a powerful tool that speeds up their work, but it doesn't replace critical thinking, human judgment, or the relationships formed when people solve problems together.

This year, we committed to supporting UPB Drive , the Formula Student team of the University Politehnica of Bucharest, and the results achieved at the FS Balkans competition fill us with pride.

A season that began with many questions ended with a well-deserved podium, thanks to hard work, perseverance, and the passion of a young team that never stops pushing.
