Suntem bucuroși să anunțăm demararea unui proiect de tip Design & Build, care presupune dezvoltarea unui ansamblu comercial ce include:

- construirea unei galerii comerciale;
- realizarea unui supermarket;
- amenajarea spațiilor verzi;
- platforme de parcare;
- elemente de semnalistică și reclame.

Acest proiect reprezintă un nou pas în consolidarea experienței noastre în dezvoltarea și implementarea proiectelor comerciale complexe, de la concept până la execuție.

Site Update - Urziceni, Ialomița County

We are pleased to announce the start of a Design & Build project, which involves the development of a commercial complex that includes:

- construction of a shopping mall;
- construction of a supermarket;
- landscaping;
- parking platforms;
- signage and advertising elements.

This project represents a new step in consolidating our experience in the development and implementation of complex commercial projects, from concept to ex*****on.

We wish the best of luck to our colleagues in the Aedificium Projektentwicklung team and all the involved in this project!

Cu bucurie anunțăm finalizarea și recepția lucrărilor pentru proiectul din , județul Buzău, realizat pentru Aedificium Projektentwicklung

Proiectul a fost dezvoltat în sistem Design & Build și reprezintă unul dintre primele proiecte în care am utilizat tehnologia Tilt-Up, alături de partenerii noștri de la .

În scurt timp, locuitorii din Pătârlagele se vor bucura de un nou magazin modern. În această perioadă se desfășoară ultimele remedieri și activități de curățenie înainte de deschiderea oficială.

Le mulțumim tuturor implicați în acest proiect pentru profesionalism și dedicare, precum și noștri pentru colaborarea excelentă pe tot parcursul execuției.

We are pleased to announce the completion and acceptance of the works for the project in , Buzău County, carried out for Aedificium Projektentwicklung.

The project was developed in the Design & Build system and represents one of the first projects in which we used Tilt-Up technology, together with our partners from WINCON.

In a short time, the residents of Pătârlagele will enjoy a new modern store. During this period, the last repairs and cleaning activities are being carried out before the official opening.

Finalizare proiecte de tip design & build în București

La sfârșitul lunii martie am finalizat proiectele din București, Sectorul 3, reprezentând o galerie comercială și un magazin de tip supermarket. Proiectele au fost realizate în sistem design & build.
În această perioadă se desfășoară ultimele teste și remedieri în vederea predării finale către beneficiar.

Mulțumim întregii echipe , precum și tuturor implicați în realizarea acestor proiecte!

Completion of design & build projects in Bucharest

At the end of March, we completed the projects in Bucharest, Sector 3, representing a shopping mall and a supermarket. The projects were carried out in the design & build system.
During this period, the last tests and fixes are being carried out in order to final handover to the beneficiary.

We would like to thank the entire team, as well as all the involved in the realization of these projects!
