During our recent Odoo Talent Open Day, a key initiative of the Redbee Academy, we took a break from our screens to focus on building genuine connections.
This gathering gave us the perfect space to personally meet our participants in our Cluj-Napoca office, exchange fresh ideas, and hear their unique perspectives on the program ahead. 🤝

As part of the Odoo Talent Program, we planned a dedicated Accounting Session for our students with our educational partners at RSM Romania. Our goal was simple: to make complex terminology clearer, more approachable, and highly engaging for everyone.

Through practical examples, students learned how core accounting processes integrate with modern ERP solutions. They also had the opportunity to dive into a Q&A session with industry specialists who have over 30 years of hands-on experience.
