The mindset behind our AI adoption was just the beginning. In the past year, our development teams moved from exploration to structured, measurable practice. From a pilot to a working model.

Legacy documentation was accelerated. Code reviews became faster and more thorough. Unit testing became much easier to fit into the development flow. What hasn't changed is ownership. Every AI-assisted line is read, understood, and owned by the engineer who commits it.

That's the development side of the story.

"There is a lot of incomplete or misleading information about AI, so our approach is to analyze, test, and understand what actually works in real projects. A key principle for us is human-in-the-loop: AI can accelerate development, but engineers remain responsible for validating results and ensuring long-term reliability. The solutions we build must still work six months from now, which is why we carefully evaluate tools, experiment with agents, and adopt only what truly adds value. Having the right AI toolset, and knowing how to use it responsibly, makes all the difference."

Last week, our HR Manager, Ruxandra, ran a one-day workshop on employer branding within the 'People, Purpose, and Performance' module, accompanied by our Senior HR Generalist, Sabina.

Together with the group, they explored what employer branding really means, how it ties into engagement and retention, and what a social media campaign for Gen Z can actually look like, all grounded in real data.

For us, events like these are a chance to share what we've learned and give back to the community. Helping shape how tomorrow's professionals see the world of work is a privilege.

I manage multiple AI workstreams in parallel now, and the paradox is I’m less tired, not more. AI handles the context I used to carry in my head. But the real shift isn’t personal productivity. It’s watching engineers across every discipline start working differently: taking ownership of entire features end-to-end, solving problems they wouldn’t have tackled before, and moving from executing tasks to driving results.
Agentic development is now how we deliver: faster iterations, broader test coverage, and engineers who orchestrate outcomes instead of writing every line."
